These terms cover reconciled.dev and the private-beta request on it. They do not cover the REM product, which has not shipped. When it does, it will carry its own agreement and we will say so here.
The site
You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. The REM name, the mark and the wording are ours. The site is provided as it is, without warranty, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
Asking for the private beta
Submitting the form is a request, not an agreement. We decide who to invite and we may decline without giving a reason. An invitation, if one comes, will set out its own terms before you rely on anything.
Tell us the truth in the form. Do not submit an address that is not yours, and do not use the form to send anything else.
What the site claims
Everything described on this site is intended product behaviour. The diagrams are illustrative rather than screenshots of shipped software, and no figure on the site is a measured benchmark. Nothing here is a commitment to build a particular feature or to ship on a particular date.

The privacy notice explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is part of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
